About Us

The PHDCL is a wholly owned subsidiary of the East Caribbean Financial Holding Company Limited which caters mainly to the developmental needs of the ECFH group. PHDCL also offer maintenance services to all the subsidiaries within group as well as external tenants.

The company also manages all real estate owned by the group, and coordinates all the renovation and construction work.

VISION FOR THE FUTURE

Within the next 3-5 years PHDCL will enter into joint venture arrangements to expand into other areas of property development and management. PHDCL will explore new business opportunities external to Group property development, management and leasing thereby providing similar services to external customers.
