East Caribbean Financial Holding Company Limited (ECFH) announces a new date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Initially scheduled for Thursday 14th June 2012, the meeting will now take place on Thursday 12th July at the CSA Centre, Sans Souci.
Despite the fact that ECFH’s financial statements have, in accordance with statutory obligations, been published in the local newspapers on 5th May 2012 and in the Gazette on 14th May 2012, the rescheduling of the AGM has become necessary due to a delay in the printing of the Company’s Annual Reports, which has impacted the timely distribution.
The 2012 Annual Reports will be circulated by next week, and with the new date for the meeting this will allow shareholders sufficient time for review prior to the meeting.
A new record date for shareholders has been set for 15th June 2012.
