ECFH Reaffirms Commitment to CARE

Each passing day presents a sterling reminder of the need to engage and equip the nation’s youth with vital life-coping skills.  The Centre for Adolescent Renewal and Education (CARE) has been a leading institution in meeting this need, and recently, CARE received a major financial boost. The East Caribbean Financial Holding Company (ECFH) reaffirmed its commitment to the institution with the signing of another consecutive 3-year covenant valued at EC$120,000.

The official signing ceremony took place at ECFH’s headquarters located in the Financial Centre on Bridge Street, with the Executive Director, Dr. Karleen Mason signing on behalf of CARE. Senior Manager for Marketing and Corporate Communications, Mrs. Maria Fowell, signed the covenant on behalf of ECFH.

Despite the challenging economic climate, the ECFH Group remains steadfast in its mission to support youth development in St. Lucia, which is at the heart of its Corporate Social Responsibility Policy. The Group has been a consistent and dedicated sponsor of CARE, as this contribution marks the seventh year of support for the organization.
